The MDX Talk series offers free in-school sessions exploring issues surrounding law, sociology, criminology and politics in the UK, in Europe, and within the wider global community.
The talks allow students to engage with current affairs, providing a platform to share their thoughts and ideas and help to improve critical thinking and debating skills.
Talks are suitable for AS and A-Level students and are particularly suitable for students studying Law, Sociology, Government/Politics, and English.
Please contact us to arrange a date to start talking.

In these free workshops our team of librarians guide students through the information searching process.
Attendees complete interactive activities designed to get them thinking about the best resources to use, the importance of search terms, and evaluation of information. Attendees will have the opportunity to search our quality academic resources to find information that they can take away with them and use in their EPQ.
Workshops can be delivered to groups of 10-30 students. Please contact us for more details and to book.
