Migrant families supported through new education toolkit

Middlesex University has launched a practical toolkit which can be passed to newly arrived migrant parents to understand the school system in the UK.

The toolkit provides essential information to support and guide migrant parents throughout the primary to further education process.

Next generation inspired after University visit
Year 8 students from across London visited Middlesex recently to learn about university life and higher education.

Ambitions@MDX is a two week event aimed at younger students. The event is designed to inspire the next generation to aim higher by giving them a taste of university life.

Bring the Hidden Heroes exhibition to your school
The Hidden Heroes: Soldiers of the Empire exhibition has continued its tour of London schools, bringing students a unique learning experience.

Developed by Middlesex media students in collaboration with Eastside Community Heritage, the exhibition gives young people the opportunity to discover the previously untold stories of ethnic minority soldiers during the First World War.
