High School Students
Summer programs are kicking off at Enterprise!
Our summer internship program (CEP) has 56 youth placed at sites all over San Francisco, including Kaiser Permanente, The Representation Project, and 9 new small businesses through SF Made that include Nana Joes, Imagination Supply Co., and Future Glory. Youth in CEP gain a great sense of what it’s like to work in these careers which will help them decide their own future paths. We also have our Junior Caddie Program starting at the end of May with 15 youth caddying at the prestigious Olympic Club. Here they will learn the value of hardwork while interacting with new people in a variety of careers. Lastly, our Summer Gardening Program in which 24 youth will be working at three parks in San Francisco. They will learn teamwork and leadership skills while beautifying San Francisco. Let the summer begin!

Soulmaker: The Times of Lewis Hine
May 21 through October 24, 2016
One hundred years ago the photographer Lewis Hine travelled to mills and factories in New England and the South, photographing child laborers. His photographs are among the most haunting images of children ever made. In this exhibition, a beautiful selection of Hine's child-labor photographs is juxtaposed with stunning contemporary photographs taken by photographer Jason Francisco (Stanford M.F.A., '89) of those same mill and factory sites as they look now.
